Charley's 29th Birthday

My friend Amber asked me to make a cake for her husband, Charley's 29th birthday. Amber and I teach together at JES, and I grew up with Charley, so it was a fun job. We decided on a 6" round cake with additional personalized cupcakes. The goal was to include odes to his radio - all components, music, environmental engineering, Georgia Tech, his church, his fraternity, and his age. I LOVE the way it turned out!

cupcake toppers!!

A friend enlisted me to make cupcakes for her son's class for his 7th birthday. He wanted Super Mario cupcakes. I really really had fun making these toppers, and am SOoooo excited to see them atop some cupcakes tomorrow night (for Friday morning). YAY!

Jacob wanted Omnitrix cupcakes (Ben 10!). And I was/am also excited about these, though they are much less high-tech.
